Teams willing to stay the weekend are welcome either onsite or in a hotel/ b&b, let us know if you need any help. Camping will be available in our tented village right next to the clubhouse with access to seperate toilets. Breakfast will be served at the foodcourt.
The tents are to be booked predominantly by the senior teams for Friday and/ or Saturday. Any youth teams from abroad who wish to stay can request this by sending us a message. Due to the early start on Saturday we advice teams to arrive Friday and make the most of our hospitality in the evening possibly in combination with some light training. Friday and Saturday evening we will be hosting a party with dj's for all players, coaches, referees and locals.
Below you can find different size tents for max persons to accommodate your entire team. All what you will need to bring is an air mattress, sleeping bag, toiletries and towels. Please note we will not supply anymore camping beds. Payment of the booking guarantees your teams tent. All registration fees are non-refundable. Please download the fom below and e-mail us this in order to reserve a tent and then transfer the registration costs. All the information should be covered in the form but if you have any questions please let us know. It is not allowed to bring your own tent with you due to safety and space. food & beverages
Breakfast, lunch and hot food can be ordered all day at the foodcourt. Although the tournament area is not enclosed it is not allowed to bring your own food and beverages. In order to keep up the high standard of services, facilites and referees we need we rely on the sale of food & drinks.
As we need to plan and reserve the above this needs to be arranged soon after registration, we only have limited space and again first come first served. We cannot reimburse any payments in case you do not turn up. When you do make the payment please do not forget to mention it is for accomodation plus the name of your rugby club.
